Send56 Ministry, Inc. | Lawrenceville, GA | Part-Time 20 Hours
About Us Send56 exists to engage senders and train up indigenous African missionaries, partnering together to reach the unreached, majority Islamic tribes of Africa with the gospel. We engage believers who are called to send; train up indigenous African missionaries to be equipped to go and preach to the vastly Islamic, unreached peoples of Africa; and unite the global church to make disciples in all the tribes of Africa. Using Romans 10 as our roadmap, we connect senders and goers to fulfill the great commission in Africa.
About the Role We are hiring a part-time Development Officer, who will join our US HQ team. We are looking for a positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who prizes clear and compelling communication, as they contribute their gifts to the mission of making Jesus known among all peoples.
This Development Officer will serve as a key bridge between the organization’s mission and its supporters. They will be responsible for securing the financial resources necessary for growth and sustainability. They will also aid in engaging our current financial partners, organizing efforts to raise new funds, and developing our CRM for a more effective communication strategy. In a mission-focused environment, this role is not merely transactional; it centers on building long-term rapport, trust, and advocacy for the vision of our organization.
We are looking for someone with at least one year of development or sales experience, and a strong familiarity with missions is preferred. This is a remote-friendly position with a flexible schedule, although some specific set day time hours will be required, along with occasional domestic travel for fundraising events. The compensation for this part-time role will start between $25,000-$30,000, with the vision to eventually grow the role into a full-time position.
